Country-specific import charges: US and UK boat orders include express freight and prepaid import charges on eligible orders; nothing is payable on arrival where confirmed in your quote. New Zealand, the US, UK and named duty-paid Asia/Pacific countries include prepaid import charges. Buyers in the European Union, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia pay local import duty and taxes to their carrier on arrival. All other destinations receive a country-specific itemised quote before payment. Refer to Shipping & delivery and the International Terms of Trade.

Your written quote arrives within one business day. Express air estimates 10–13 days to your door; sea freight estimates 30–45 days port to door. Production, customs and biosecurity may affect delivery time.

Will I pay import duty or tax on arrival?

Import treatment depends on destination. US and UK boat quotes may include express freight and prepaid import charges. New Zealand and eligible Asia/Pacific destinations may have prepaid charges. EU buyers pay their import charges to the carrier. We itemise the terms for your country in writing.

When is import VAT paid, and when do I get proof?

For eligible duty-paid orders, the quote will say which charges are prepaid; the team can confirm the documents issued after customs clearance. For buyer-paid import charges, the destination carrier or customs authority collects them at arrival.

What does the written quote include?

The selected boat, package and options, shipping estimate, currency, freight method, and the destination import charges included or payable at arrival.
