Destination duties and taxes
The source Terms of Trade clause 9A-1 sets out the exact current duty-paid countries and countries where import charges are payable on arrival. Confirm your country’s treatment in the written landed quote.
Carrier changes and delivery
Clause 9A-3 governs carrier freight increases: Easy Inflatables absorbs rises up to 20%; if the rise is higher, the customer is notified before dispatch and gets the options set out in the terms, with no extra charge without agreement and a 5-day response window.
The full terms also cover currency certainty, customs and biosecurity inspections (including clause 10A), cancellations and change of mind, chargebacks, sanctions, governing law and Australian Consumer Law rights. The sensitive provisions must remain verbatim, including their ACL carve-outs.
