Australian design direction
Layouts, use cases, performance expectations and key construction decisions are developed around real Australian boating conditions.
Aerowave manufacturing · Australian designed · Built to order
Every WaveRunner, Viper Catamaran and Aerowave Sport Boat is designed and developed in Australia for real local boating conditions, then manufactured in Hong Kong using premium marine materials including 1.2 mm German VALMEX® fabric and selected-model Hypalon, with precision thermo-welded seams rather than glued primary construction.
Built around quality, not cheap mass production
Not all inflatable boats are built to the same standard. When you compare materials, construction quality and long-term ownership, the difference becomes clear quickly.

From design table to finished boat
01
Layouts, use cases, performance expectations and key construction decisions are developed around real Australian boating conditions.
02
1.2 mm German VALMEX® or selected-model Hypalon and marine-grade components are selected for durability and long-term ownership.
03
Primary seams are thermo-welded for strength and consistency rather than using glued primary construction.
04
Decks, transoms, fittings and structural areas are assembled and aligned for rigidity and marine practicality.
05
Build quality, finish consistency and specification are checked before dispatch planning.
06
Customers can get product guidance and after-sales advice from the Australian team.
Manufacturing quality control & compliance
Before a boat leaves the factory, an eight-point quality-check list is used against the order specification: fabric, seams, transom, inflation, fittings and pack list.
01
Factory confirms hull colour, length, transom specification, floor type and fittings against the order before fabric is cut.
02
VALMEX® GSM and thickness are checked against the approved sample.
03
Main seams, transom joints and chamber bonds are pressure-tested and visually inspected.
04
Transom height, backing plate and motor-mount geometry are checked against model rating.
05
Chambers are inflated to operating pressure and held to check for creep, leaks and valve faults.
06
Factory photos of the actual boat are received before shipment.
07
Seats, bags, Bimini, pump and accessories are checked against the configured package list.
08
Inspect the delivery and contact us promptly if anything does not match your order.

Outboard upgrades we recommend
Some inflatable boats using short-shaft outboards may experience prop ventilation in certain conditions. A suitable hydrofoil stabiliser or model-specific Permatrim plate is an optional motor accessory; compatibility depends on the outboard and installation.
Universal-fit moulded wings are an option for selected recreational outboard setups. Confirm compatibility with the engine manufacturer or marine technician.
A model-specific machined plate is another option. Confirm correct fitment and installation for the chosen outboard.
Before modifying an outboard or fitting aftermarket parts, check the applicable engine guidance and warranty terms. Ask the team about your setup.
