Damage-report timing: Easy Inflatables’ current Shipping Policy asks customers to report visible transit damage within 48 hours and retain packaging and photos. Source Terms clause 12 says to report visible damage as soon as reasonably possible and states that reporting delay does not remove a non-excludable consumer right. The full source contract remains unchanged until that clause is formally revised and legally reviewed.

The current shipping source uses a 48-hour damage-report request; the source Terms of Trade clause 12 instead says to report damage as soon as reasonably possible and expressly says a reporting delay does not remove non-excludable rights. The new site will follow Sean’s direction of 48 hours in the customer-facing summary, but the full legal clause must stay verbatim until the source terms are formally updated and reviewed.
