The Easy Inflatables order system is intended to assemble a customer-specific welcome pack from the accepted boat configuration and recorded payment status. The live welcome-pack process remains the model for the replacement checkout.

01 · Your order documents

Invoice & payment record

The order-generated invoice should reflect the products and total, money received and balance still due. For WavePay, the confirmed order record should show each instalment and remaining amount. Payment status must come from cleared payment records, not a manually typed status.

02 · Your boat paperwork

Manual & data sheets

Catamaran orders receive the Catamaran Owner’s Manual. Sport Series orders receive the Sport Series Offshore Monohull Owner’s Manual. The pack includes relevant product, fabric and conformity documents for the model ordered.

03 · Terms attached

Your accepted terms

The welcome pack needs to include the version of the Terms of Trade, Order & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy and destination-specific Shipping/International Terms accepted with that order. Do not substitute a newer policy automatically where the confirmed order has different dated terms.

04 · WavePay orders

Instalments & build status

WavePay uses four fortnightly instalments. Instalment 1 secures the order. The boat build starts after instalment 2 clears and the WavePay Agreement is signed; dispatch follows once instalment 4 clears and quality checks are complete. The system should calculate the balance due from captured payments and schedule, not rely on a manually typed amount.
