For New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and named duty-paid Asia/Pacific destinations, local VAT/GST, import duty and customs clearance are prepaid on eligible orders. Buyers in the European Union, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia pay import duty and local taxes to their carrier on arrival. All other destinations receive a country-specific itemised quote before payment.
