Payment & build status
Your confirmed order terms control the timeline.
For WavePay, the source process is four fortnightly instalments. Build starts after instalment 2 clears and the signed WavePay Agreement is received; dispatch follows after instalment 4 has cleared and quality checks are complete. The pack / invoice shows the order’s captured payment status, paid-to-date amount and outstanding balance.
Any payment-in-arrears, cancellation, non-refund, default or recovery rights are governed by the signed WavePay Agreement and accepted Terms of Trade, not this welcome page.
